đ The Fool: Trusting the Edge
đ About the Tarot Journey Series
Each audio journey in this series explores a different Tarot Archetype. These sessions are sensorial, and symbol-drivenâdesigned to bypass the analytical mind and speak directly to your inner world.
Whether youâve worked with archetypes before or are new to guided hypnotherapy, this series will meet you wherever you are.

Before the first card is drawn,
before the story beginsâ
there is only this:
a breath, a step,
a soul saying yes without knowing why.
This is The Fool.
Card 0 of the Major Arcana, The Fool is not the first or the last.
They are the opening through which the whole story flows.
They are the edge-walker, the soul in motion,
the sacred beginner.
The Fool carries little:
a small satchel, a feather, a companion (sometimes a dog),
and a gaze lifted skyward.
They walk toward the unknown not because theyâre naiveâ
but because they remember something most of us have forgotten:
that freedom lives in not knowing,
and that the path is made by walking.
âď¸ The Fool as Archetype
The Fool represents a sacred trust in lifeâ
not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move forward despite it.
They are the part of you that knows how to leap.
The part that remembers joy, curiosity, and wonder as real tools for transformation.
As an archetype, The Fool is pure potential.
They have not yet becomeâbut everything is possible.
They arenât guided by maps or mentors,
but by intuition, lightness, and the quiet voice that whispers, go.
When The Fool appears in your lifeâwhether in dreams, Tarot pulls, or inner nudgesâit often signals a threshold moment:
A beginning.
A reset.
A chance to say yes again.
đ´ Symbolism & Imagery
Traditionally, The Fool is depicted standing on the edge of a cliff,
sun at their back,
eyes liftedânot to the fall, but to the sky.
Every detail matters:
The cliff suggests risk and surrender.
The small pack reminds us that we already carry what we need.
The dog may represent instinct, play, or the parts of us that keep us grounded.
But remember: archetypes are not definitions.
They are mirrors.
Your Fool may look different.
They may arrive in strange dreams, half-formed art, or moments of radical clarity.
