Hypnosis for entering the dreamscape within.
Interactive Dream Therapy (IDT) is a groundbreaking therapeutic method that invites your clients to walk consciously into a dream of their own creation—crafted not by memory, but by the wisdom of their subconscious in real time.
Unlike traditional dream analysis or scripted visualizations, IDT is a lucid dreamlike journey that unfolds organically as the client responds from within. Together, you set a clear intention. Then, guided by your voice and presence, the client enters a deeply relaxed state where the subconscious leads the way—revealing symbols, messages, and healing encounters custom-tailored to their inner world.
This method is deeply intuitive, yet grounded in clear structure and ethics. It’s an invitation into self-trust, inner knowing, and profound transformation.

Meet your instructor
Hi, I’m Jazzie,
I came to this work through past life regression and Beyond Quantum Healing—modalities that often speak to the spiritual seeker. But what I saw beneath it all was something far more universal: we were entering a dream.
Not a remembered dream, but a living one. A space of symbols, sensations, and stories that rose from within the client—no matter their background, beliefs, or worldview. It wasn’t about past lives or cosmic scripts. It was metaphor. It was meaning. It was healing through the language of the subconscious.
That’s what inspired me to create Interactive Dream Therapy (IDT)—a method that honors the mystery, while making the journey accessible to everyone. No belief system required. Just a willingness to explore.
In this course, I’ll teach you how to walk with your clients through that dreamworld, where the subconscious leads, and lasting transformation begins.
FAQs
-
Not quite. While suggestion-style hypnotherapy involves guiding clients toward specific thoughts, behaviors, or outcomes using pre-decided language or scripts, IDT works differently. In IDT, we’re not planting ideas—we’re listening. You create a safe space, set an intention, and follow your client as their subconscious reveals imagery, emotion, and insight in its own language. It’s fluid, alive, and deeply personal.
-
Traditional imagery hypnosis often uses pre-written scripts to guide the client through specific visualizations—like walking on a beach or climbing a staircase, releasing worries into a stream, etc. In IDT, the imagery doesn’t come from the facilitator—it comes from the client. We don’t lead; we follow. The subconscious creates everything organically- the scene, the symbols, and the journey in real time. This allows for a deeper, more personalized healing experience that unfolds organically, without needing to fit into a predetermined narrative.

es. IDT blends beautifully with coaching, hypnotherapy, energy work, and other healing practices. It can be a stand-alone session format or woven into your current offerings to deepen insight, emotional processing, and creative transformation.
-
Yes! You’ll receive a certificate of completion once you finish the training and submit your practice session reflections. This course includes everything you need to start using IDT with confidence.
-
Yes—with some nuance. While IDT is designed as a client-facilitated method, many of the tools and principles can be adapted for self-hypnosis. Setting an intention, entering a receptive state, and allowing imagery to arise spontaneously can be incredibly powerful when used for personal insight and healing. In the course, you’ll also learn how to track your own inner symbolism, making IDT a valuable tool for your own growth—not just your clients’.
-
Not at all. IDT isn’t about analyzing or interpreting dreams through a specific lens—it’s about following the dream as it unfolds in real time. You don’t need to know Jung, Freud, or archetypal symbolism to do this work well. In IDT, we trust the client’s subconscious to bring forward exactly what’s needed, and we meet it with curiosity—not analysis.
